\nThe product BC 104NPC.n is a concrete superplasticizer based on naphthalene sulfonate polymers that can significantly reduce the mixing water and significantly increase the strength of concrete, especially at long ages.
\nThis material disperses the fine particles in the concrete mix and makes the water in the mix act more effectively.
\n104NPC enables the production of fluid concrete with a very low water-to-cement ratio. Concrete containing 104NPC has higher strength than concrete without the additive and with the same performance. The obvious increase in strength remains at later ages, whether in air or steam curing. Initial and final setting occurs slightly earlier compared to concrete without the additive.
\nThis strength development feature allows for energy savings in steam curing in precast factories.<\/p>\n

\nThe consumption rate is between 0.5 and 1% by weight of the cement used (half a percent to one percent for 100 kg of cement), and the definitive consumption rate should be obtained by workshop tests, depending on different weather conditions and the type of sand, gravel, and cement used.
\nSuperplasticizer 104NPC.n is a ready-to-use admixture and should be added at the time of concrete preparation. It is most effective when about 50 to 70 percent of the concrete water is added. Never add this product to dry materials. Stir the mixture for 60 seconds with a high-speed paddle to mix thoroughly.<\/p>\n
