Description
The BC 102N product is the first generation of admixtures in the group of lubricants. This material disperses the fine particles in the concrete mixture and causes the water in the mixture to act more effectively.
This material can provide water reducing and super-reducing properties depending on the amount used.

How to use
The consumption rate is between 0.5 and 1.5% by weight of the cement used (half a percent to one and a half percent for 100 kg of cement), and the definitive consumption rate should be obtained by workshop tests, depending on different weather conditions and the type of sand, gravel, and cement used.
Superplasticizer 102N is a ready-to-use additive and should be added at the time of concrete production. Its best effect is when about 50 to 70 percent of the concrete water is added. Never add this product to dry materials. Stir the mixture with a high speed for 60 seconds to mix thoroughly.

Melamine sulfonate-based lubricants: These lubricants have the property of maintaining fluidity at high temperatures and are suitable for pouring concrete in hot weather.
Polycarboxylate-based lubricants: These lubricants are a new generation of lubricants that have very high performance and a long-term effect on concrete.
Neutral lubricant applications:
Production of high-strength concrete: Using neutral lubricants, concrete with high compressive strength and durability can be produced.
Production of self-compacting concrete (SCC): These lubricants play an important role in the production of self-compacting concrete that does not require vibration.
